Alisa Turova graduated from The Law Department of The Lomonosov Moscow State University and finished graduate school from The Moscow State Law Academy where she also taught and worked on research. Turova then worked as the head of legal department in several large commercial banks and as a consulting lawyer in "Kommersant" and "Moscow Komsomolets" news papers. She has been working with Padva & Partners since 1997.

Alisa Turova represents clients' insterest in criminal and civil cases specializing in family matters and defence of honor, integrity and business reputation. She has a vast experience working with corporate clients. Turova consults on legal matters related to securities, stock companies, acquisitions and takeovers, privatization, foreign investments, intellectual rights, mass media regulations, tax law. Turova has experience of covering all legal aspects for contracts and providing legal check of documents.
