Sergej Shilov graduated in 1991 from the Law Department of The Lomonosov Moscow State University. Before becoming an advocate Shilov worked in the legal department of a commercial bank. Shilov is a member of the Moscow Chamber of Advocates. He is working in Padva & Partners since 2001.

Sergej Shilov specializes on civil cases including those related to issues regulated by corporate law. Shilov provides legal support in contract writing, represents individual and business clients' interests in general jurisdiction courts, state arbitration courts and arbitration tribunals, advises on questions related to land use law, bankruptsy, privatization and questions related to securities market laws and stock companies law.
