Eleonora Sergeeva graduated with honors in 1990 from The Law Department of The Lomonosov Moscow State University. Sergeeva is a member of the Moscow Chamber of Advocates. She is one of the founders and has been with Padva & Partners since 1996.

Eleonora Sergeeva works on cases in courts of arbitration and arbitration tribunals, general jurisdiction courts, the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation. Sergeeva performs as a field expert on Russian laws in arbitration courts (and tribunals) abroad. She provides legal advice to credit organizations and stock companies on topics related to foreign currency operations laws, antitrust legislation, privatization, natural resources laws and mass media legislation. Sergeeva has experience providing legal guidance in finance and investment projects, conducting legal audits and working on lawmaking projects. Eleonora Sergeeva is well-known expert in compliance area, she has experience in conducting compliance due diligence and investigations, advises clients on compliance policies and other compliance issues.

Eleonora Sergeeva represents clients' interests in criminal cases based on charges in illegal economics activity and advises on anti-money laundering law. Sergeeva worked together with foreign lawyers defending Russian citizen charged on criminal offences abroad.

Sergeeva has a number of publications on variety of issues in legal journals. Her name has been seen in the 1998 Russian top advocates list and in the international magazine "Who’s Who of Professionals" in 2000. She has been chosen for inclusion in the Best Lawyers (USA) list of solicitors for Russia in the specialties of Corporate and Litigation in 2009. Her name appeared in the list of best lawyers published by leading daily business newspaper Vedomosti in 2010.

Sergeeva has been awarded The Medal "For Service in defending rights and freedom of citizen".
