He also provides consultations to corporate clients on a number of business matters such as protection of investments, owners' rights, anti-monopoly law, etc. Genrikh P. Padva is the author of numerous publications on various law topics and about advocacy in Russia. Genrikh P. Padva has been awarded The Honored Laywer of Russia, Cavalier of The "Public Recognition" Honor Mark and The Plevako Gold Medal. Padva's name appeared many times in the Russian top advocates list and in the International magazine "Who's Who of Professionals". In 2001, he was called The Man of the Year in Law category by the Rambler poll. |
