Elena Kutyina graduated in 1989 from Moscow State Law Academy. After graduation Kutyina worked as attorney in the Moscow City Bar. She is a member of the Moscow Chamber of Advocates since 1998. Kutyina is working with Padva & Partners since 1998.

Elena Kutyina provides legal services in civil and criminal cases. She also works on matters related to public property regulations. She represents clients' interests in court and during investigation, provides consultations on legal questions on mass media law, intellectual property rights and others.
