Tatyana Zhdanova graduated in 2005 from the Law Department of the Russian State Humanities University. She is working in Padva & Partners since 2004.

Tatyana Zhdanova provides consultations on matters related to contractual relations, defence of owners' rights in business, civil law, corporate law, family law, real estate and securities transactions, defense of investors rights in construction projects and specific matters related administrative relations.

Tatyana Zhdanova has experience of preparing due dilligence reports, providing legal support in various deals including transactions with securities. Zhdanova assists advocates in representing clients' interests in state arbitration courts and general jurisdiction courts.
