Viktor Danilchenko graduated in 1974 from the Law Department of the Lomonosov Moscow State University. Before becoming a member of the Moscow City Bar Danilchenko worked as a senior consultant in criminal cases branch of The Supreme Court of Russian Federation and was elected as a judge. Danilchenko was a member of the Moscow City Bar since 1984. Since 1988 he worked as director of lawyer consultation office number 6 and then as director of Attorneys at Law "Kuznetskij Most". Danilchenko was a member of the Presidium of the Moscow City Bar.

Viktor Danilchenko is a member of the Moscow Chamber of Advocates. He is working with Padva & Partners since 2005.

Danilchenko specializes in criminal cases of all types and categories. He also represents clients' interests in civil cases in general jurisdiction courts and provides consultations on a variety of legal topics. Danilchenko worked on representing a client in The Supreme Court of Netherlands.

Danilchenko has an award "For dedication in serving as advocate". His name is listed in the Registry of modern Russian lawyers.
