Evgenia Bozkurt graduated in 1993 from The Law Department of The Lomonosov Moscow State University. She has worked in the areas of enterpreneural and corporate law since 1993. She is a member of The Moscow Chamber of Advocates. Bozkurt is working in Padva & Partners since 1999.

Evgenia Bozkurt provides consultations on a wide range of issues in enterpreneural and corporate law, brankruptsy, investment and property protection rights, contractual relations. She also works on issues related to tax law and has a lot of experience with lawsuits by clients protesting decisions made by tax authorities.

Evgenia Bozkurt has experience in the areas of stock company and securities law, anti-monopoly law, foreign currency operations regulations and control law.
